For Inpatient Care including in-patient procedures and surgeries, you must contact the ÁñÁ«É«°æapp Member Services at 833-845-8854.
They will assist you in pre-authorization for the procedure or surgery, help you find physicians and facilities in the EHN network or 6 Degrees Health. ÁñÁ«É«°æapp Member Services will help minimize your out-of-pocket costs and maximize your choices by assisting with hospital and facility selection. You will also receive personalized support throughout your care journey.
